Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud developer to join our growing team. you will be responsible for implementing production ready features on Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure get requirements and put into technical solutions

Rresponsibilities

Candidate owns the solutions recommended.
Acts as a trusted advisor to our team, other internal stakeholders, and partners.
Candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and brings expertise working with Service and Sales Cloud solutions.
Candidate should also have top-notch people skills to get ideas and solutions across to stakeholders.
6-8 years hands on experience implementing Salesforce solutions using Sales and Service platforms
Strong understanding and experience with configuration and development of Apex, Apex Triggers, Lighting Aura/LWC Frameworks and Visual Force
Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, data modeling, design patterns and design limitations
Hands on experience with Salesforce Workflow Rules, Flows, case management, knowledge base, chatbot, communities and service console customization.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience installing, configuring and customizing CTI Adapter (understanding of backend Lambdas is a plus) including CTI Flows.
Lead the Salesforce team in the delivery of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Design, configure, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce features such as case management, lead/opportunity management, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Manage the day-to-day operations, project tasks, and sprint planning within an Agile environment.
