Sr Data Analyst (English & French speaking)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Connect deep-dive analysis to business outcomes and use backend data to investigate root causes.
• Manage complex accounts across multiple teams, priorities, and deadlines.
• Delegate and work alongside Support to address client requests.
• Promote new use cases and explain the value of increased adoption and utilization.
• Share wins and value stories in internal and customer-facing deliverables.
• Mentor new members through regular discussions and shadowing sessions.
• Participate in proof-of-concept analysis and presentations.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• 3–5 years of data analysis experience, including distilling complex datasets and presenting findings engagingly.
• Effective written and spoken communication in English and French.

Preferred requirements

• Consultative opportunity identification and collaborative relationship-building with internal teams.
• Use analytics and Insights tools to uncover customer insights; understand and communicate Business Events use cases.
• Connect performance and technical quality data to user behavior and business context.
• Mentor and guide new resources, customize deliverables, and synthesize customer value for executive reporting.
• Strong prioritization and time management across complex clients.

Compensation

• The stated salary range for a Senior Analyst is £48,000–£65,000, depending on suitability and skills.
