Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.
Essential functions
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Plan analytics and reporting needs with aligned senior leaders.
- Mentor and train data analysts.
- Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies and recommend actions.
- Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assure report and data accuracy, reliability, and alignment with user specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in analysis or a related field is required; experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- 5–7 years of data analysis experience required.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data visualization, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate complex workflows and data to varied audiences.
Preferred knowledge and experience
- Project management skills or experience are a plus.
- Statistical analysis, including variance analysis and statistical significance, is preferred.
- Healthcare knowledge, especially electronic medical record data, is preferred but not required.
Workplace and schedule
- Remote type is listed as onsite.
- Work location: 221 Longwood Avenue.
- Scheduled 40 hours per week, day shift.
Compensation
- Annual pay range is USD 79,560–115,720.80.
