Trading & Marketing Activities
”).
In QatarEnergy, LNG Trading & Marketing Activities are undertaken by two distinct client groups, for whom the LNG Trading & Marketing section will be required to support;
(i) QatarEnergy LNG Marketing, as agent and service provider for those LNG ventures who are party to the Marketing Services Agreement (“
Lng Ventures
”); and
Required Experience And Skills
- 10+ years’ experience in private practice or in-house, a substantial amount of
- which is in relation to LNG Trading & Marketing Activities.
- Strong legal (including drafting) skills.
- Experience of dealing with regulators and government representatives.
- Ability to assimilate complex legal matters and to provide practical advice to nonlawyers.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player. Highly motivated,
- proactive, organized, and self-disciplined.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
Educational Qualifications
JD/LLB (or equivalent) degree at a recognized university.
