Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information is required. CCS certification and 2 years coding experience will be considered.
- Certification as a Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) is required.
- Two years’ previous coding experience using ICD10-CM, CPT-4 coding systems (Outpatient Senior Coder).
