Role overview

What you'll do

• Retain and grow advertiser business, lead stakeholder relationships and planning sessions, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop tailored full-funnel media recommendations based on business goals, customer needs, category dynamics, media strategies, and KPIs.
• Use data, market knowledge, and platform insights to create actionable recommendations and demonstrate business impact.
• Drive investment through joint planning, pitching, negotiation, upselling, and budget influence across client teams and media channels.
• Collaborate with measurement, creative, product marketing, sales operations, and technical teams to address complex client needs.
• Advise clients on advertising products, campaign practices, creative strategy, and measurement, and maintain knowledge of the product roadmap.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, digital, or social.
• Strong agency network.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and generating revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to influence business decision-makers.
