Senior Client Managers build strategic relationships with assigned enterprise accounts and help clients address business challenges and digital transformation.
The role promotes OpenText solutions, support, and services and aims to secure strategic enterprise agreements.
The manager is the primary contact for assigned accounts and works with Sales, Services, Support, Legal, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Drive retention and account expansion by selling services and support programs and engaging stakeholders through the C-suite.
- Quote, maintain outreach cadences, position upsells, follow up proactively, and close renewals before expiry.
- Identify opportunities, communicate product roadmap information, and manage escalations with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and participate in onsite client meetings; plan accounts, forecast, and pursue revenue objectives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in an enterprise-level, client-facing Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or related role.
- Enterprise software experience is an asset.
- Engage effectively across organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Strong organization, communication, presentation, negotiation, collaboration, and ability to manage pressure and deadlines.
Compensation
- Posted salary range is $63,440–$95,160; actual salary may vary based on candidate and market factors.
- Eligible roles may include variable and commission compensation opportunities.
