Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Valid Dubai Municipality approval as a Civil Engineer in the G+12 or Unlimited category; candidates without valid approval will not be considered.
- Proven experience managing high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, Dubai Municipality requirements, and authority approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
Preferred qualifications and listing details
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
- Experience with consultants, contractors, and local authorities in Dubai is preferred.
- The listing separately identifies 7 years of high-rise building experience as required.
- Bachelor's degree is also marked preferred in a separate education field, despite being listed as a required qualification.
