Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of **authentic Arabic or Asian dishes** (grills, rice, stews, etc.)
- Maintain **consistency, taste, and presentation** across all delivery orders
- Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
- Ensure proper **food portioning, quality control, and hygiene standards**
- Coordinate with the **front-of-house / dispatch team** for smooth order handling
- Monitor stock levels and assist in **inventory control and ordering**
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with food safety regulations
- Assist in menu development for online platforms if required
