Sr. Business Solutions Analyst

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements strategy and documentation for Warehouse Management Systems, distribution center operations, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Define scope, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and produce functional and non-functional specifications.
• Drive optimization and modernization across legacy and digital warehouse platforms.
• Manage requirements, traceability, testing, and solution governance.
• Define future-state supply chain capabilities with business, operations, and technology teams.
• Lead API and integration analysis and define data flows between WMS and automation.
• Support WMS upgrades, migrations, and modernization programs.
• Use data analysis and operational insights to improve warehouse performance and inventory visibility.
• Identify AI-driven and automation opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Drive user adoption, training, change management, and analyst mentoring.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading complex requirements efforts across functional, technical, and regulatory domains.
• Experience negotiating solution trade-offs, aligning stakeholder expectations, and enabling adoption through structured documentation and communication.

• Requirements elicitation, documentation, governance, and traceability for complex business and technology initiatives.
• WMS, distribution center operations, inventory management, fulfillment processes, and supply chain workflows.
• Business process modeling, process optimization, business process automation, business-case development, scenario modeling, and ROI analysis.
• Operational data analysis, data quality assessment, root-cause analysis, KPI development, and performance monitoring.
• Legacy and modern digital or cloud-based platform modernization.
• API integrations and enterprise integration patterns across WMS, ERP, automation, transportation, and partner systems.
• AI-driven analytics and automation for warehouse optimization and inventory visibility.
• Wireframes, prototypes, process flows, executive presentations, privacy, security, compliance, and governance.

Compensation

• Base pay range is stated as $111,100 to $185,100; annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may also be offered.
