Overview
- Drive new business development across SMB and enterprise accounts in the UAE and GCC region.
- Identify opportunities for AI-powered customer experience solutions, including AI Conversational Chatbots, AI Contact Center platforms, and CX automation solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic account targeting.
- Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and customer experience teams to understand their customer engagement challenges and position the Worktual AI platform effectively.
- Develop value-based proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Manage the complete SaaS sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and expand long-term relationships with enterprise and SMB customers across the GCC market.
