About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships across the GCC region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement with existing clients
• Lead sales pipeline management and ensure target achievements
• Analyze market trends and establish a competitive advantage
• Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on revenue and customer satisfaction
• Provide trusted after-sales support and client servicing
• Lead negotiations and close business deals, including contracts and service agreements
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Deliver accurate reporting on sales performance and KPIs

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT sales or related fields
• Proven track record in lead conversion and closing deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer behavior in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of deal closure within an IT services–based company environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
