About This Role

Senior Business Development Executive (Coffee Roastery)Role Objective

Support revenue generation by actively developing leads, closing deals, and expanding client base across B2B and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and acquire new customers in cafés, offices, and retail outlets
  • Manage day-to-day sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and tastings
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth account activation
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and upsell products
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Support e-commerce sales initiatives and partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in coffee or FMCG sales
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, equipment, and market trends
  • Experience in B2B and retail sales
  • Familiar with CRM systems and structured pipeline management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Arabic speaker (preferred/mandatory based on strategy)
  • UAE experience (mandatory)
  • Valid UAE driving license

  • Monthly sales targets achievement
  • Number of new client acquisitions
  • Lead conversion rate
  • Client retention and upselling performance
  • CRM pipeline accuracy and activity levels
