Role overview

Leadership and delivery

• Represent leadership in meetings and cross-functional decision-making, and manage initiative timelines, deliverables, risks, and blockers.
• Lead, mentor, and review junior and mid-level analysts; establish team documentation and process standards.
• Gather and document complex requirements; produce functional specifications, system design documents, process flows, and user guides.
• Design and execute testing strategies and materials; oversee end-to-end UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Lead workshops and sprint planning; perform gap, risk, and impact analysis for system and process changes.
• Drive process improvement and best practices; train and support end users and junior staff on system changes.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including mentoring or leading analysts and partnering directly with senior leadership or executives.
• Proficiency in functional specifications, user stories, system documentation, SDLC, Agile, and manual and automated testing.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and present effectively to executive audiences.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Miro, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• SQL and data analysis tools; API and integration testing; RPA tools such as UiPath, with Blue Prism exposure also a plus.
• Preferred industry experience includes title insurance, real estate, or financial services.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certifications are preferred.
