Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
  • Support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
  • Assist in performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Apply AI-driven testing methodologies to optimize defect detection and validation workflows, implementing AI solutions within quality assurance environments
  • Document and manage test cases, execution, and results using test management tools like Jira or TestRail.
  • Analyze test outcomes, report defects, and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new testing technologies.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). With 2+ years of relevant experience including internships.
  • Critical Skills
  • Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, API testing, and basic performance testing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience implementing AI/ML concepts and their application in quality engineering
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and basic DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Preferred Attributes
  • Exposure to healthcare, supply chain, or logistics domains.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Interest in AI/ML concepts and their application in quality engineering.
