Sr. Associate Project Manager

About the role

What you'll do

• Manage Digital Workplace Services projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Maintain schedules, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, scope, and performance metrics; identify risks and drive mitigation or escalation.
• Align project requirements with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams.
• Track progress and decisions in project tools; coordinate vendors and support governance, compliance, change, and adoption.

Basic requirements

• 2+ years in project or program management, IT project coordination, cybersecurity delivery, or related technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methods; Planview, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience with stakeholder communications, reporting, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risk and issue processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver technology projects.

Preferred experience

• Workplace technology or enterprise infrastructure projects; vendor coordination; budgeting, forecasting, or financial tracking.
• Change management, user adoption, project data analysis, and process improvement experience.
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar certification; strong facilitation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Compensation

• Base pay range shown: $66,200–$88,300. Compensation cadence is not specified.
• An annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may also be offered.
