Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate master data for materials, bills of materials, recipes, and production versions.
• Support process optimization initiatives involving SharePoint and S/4HANA.
• Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Train and support partners, customers, and end users on master data processes and tools.
• Maintain data quality reports for performance monitoring and compliance.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to resolve data-related issues.

Basic Qualifications and Experience

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 5–9 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience includes SAP ECC, master data management, data governance, or data operations.
• Requires experience with SAP/MDG, S/4HANA, Microsoft Office, Excel, and data management tools.
• Requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.

Functional Skills

• Must have working knowledge of SAP/S/4HANA and MDG.
• Must understand master data management processes, frameworks, and governance.
• Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office with data analysis experience.
• Must understand data governance and data accuracy and quality practices.
• SAP S/4, SAP MDG, and S/4HANA experience are listed as good-to-have skills.
