Sr. Associate - HRIS

Requirements

• Essential:
• Experience with HRIS solutions and experience supporting HR / P&C functional teams
• 3-5 years’ experience supporting enterprise systems in a technical capacity.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, troubleshooting, and support processes.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management practices.
• Ability to write clear, structured documentation and contribute to knowledge management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery environments.
• Desirable:
• Familiarity with HR processes and procedures
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
• Exposure to scripting, automation, or integration tools.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments or transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s in IT or related discipline;
• 3-5 years in Technology roles;
• Global or APAC experience a benefit.
