Sr. Associate Counsel

Qualifications

• What you will need:
• Qualified to practice law in India.
• Approximately 5 - 8 years of post-qualification legal experience for a Manager role.
• Strong corporate and commercial law experience gained at a top-tier law firm or multinational organization.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology, commercial and strategic partnership agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound commercial judgment and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrixed organization.
• Interest in technology, digital commerce, fintech and payments.
• What will also help:
• Experience supporting technology, SaaS, fintech, consulting or data-driven businesses.
• Familiarity with privacy, data protection, regulatory, outsourcing and intellectual property issues.
• Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional business operations.
• Prior exposure to South Asia markets and international commercial transactions.
