Role Overview
The role develops automation, deployment, and internal developer tooling within a global DevOps organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance full-stack applications supporting automation, deployment, and internal developer tooling.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Write scripts and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Collaborate onsite with peers to debug issues, design solutions, and deliver working software.
- Use Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate development.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Support monitoring and observability of automation solutions.
- Document processes, tools, and learnings to improve productivity and onboarding.
- Take ownership of tasks and adapt to unfamiliar technical areas.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related technical roles, including internships or personal projects.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or .NET.
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to write, refactor, or troubleshoot code.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern software delivery pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, with Azure preferred and AWS or Google Cloud acceptable.
- Comfort with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting and automation.
- Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
- Basic knowledge of containers and Linux-based development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies independently.
- Willingness to work onsite in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent listed educational background.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with internal tools, automation frameworks, or developer platforms.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, service meshes, or other container orchestration concepts.
- Exposure to Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring and observability tools.
- Knowledge of secure coding and compliance-driven environments such as FedRAMP, ITAR, or NIST.
- Coursework or certification in cloud architecture, DevOps, or cybersecurity.
- Open-source contributions or a strong full-stack or DevOps coding portfolio.
