Sr Assoc, Customer Svc
Full Job Posting
- Develop and execute strategies for Service Modernization (Retrofit) business growth across the installed base.
- Identify aging equipment requiring upgrades, modernization, energy-efficiency improvements, and regulatory compliance enhancements.
- Generate retrofit sales opportunities through customer engagement, site assessments, and technical consultations.
- Lead the complete modernization business cycle, including opportunity identification, proposal development, costing, negotiations, order booking, and project handover.
- Drive AMC recapture initiatives by analyzing expired and lost maintenance contracts and developing targeted recovery plans.
- Work closely with service operations, sales teams, and branch leadership to improve customer retention and contract renewal rates.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, consultants, facility managers, and decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen modernization offerings.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, order booking, and AMC recapture targets.
- Develop periodic business reviews, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with technical and project execution teams to ensure timely completion of modernization projects and customer satisfaction
