Role and location

Client and studio responsibilities

• Participate in marketing, sales, customer relations, quality control, and management activities as needed.
• Handle enquiries and seek outcomes that save time, effort, and money for clients and the company.
• Present a weekly studio report to the CPO/CEO each Monday.
• Manage client interactions from exhibitions, events, and new product launches.

Design, estimation, and coordination

• Prepare concept-to-as-built drawings and material specifications while keeping projects within budget.
• Estimate project costs and support the project manager/project head with budget quotations.
• Manage or assist the design and estimation team and uphold studio procedures.
• Maintain project and designer master files, project diaries, and drawing-status records.
• Coordinate drawing approvals before drawings are released to site engineers.
• Prepare working-drawing request lists and monitor production against agreed schedules.
• Use studio drawing seals to identify construction-approved, superseded, and reference-only drawings.

Site and team follow-up

• Visit sites with project stakeholders every two weeks and document meeting minutes.
• Cross-check studio and site files and verify site execution against drawings, budgeted materials, and planned orientation.
• Conduct monthly self and team evaluations with HR.

Workplace

• Work is in person in Palarivattom, Kochi.

Requirements

• The stated job title is Senior Designer/Architect.
• Work includes architectural design from concept drawings through as-built drawings and preparation of material specifications.
• Work requires project cost estimation and keeping designs and material specifications within budget.
