Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Architect
to lead architectural design, planning, and coordination activities for various projects.
The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, reviewing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development for projects such as
- residential, commercial, high-rise buildings, villas, and mixed-use developments

- Prepare and review
- concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed drawings

- Coordinate with
- clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams
- to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review
- architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions

- Ensure compliance with

- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved drawings.
- Provide technical guidance to junior architects and design teams.

- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation.
