Responsibilities

- Engage with budget holders, procurement teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a sustainable and reliable supply chain.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and provide expert advice on sourcing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance procurement processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a telecommunications or technology environment.
