Sr. Analyst - RM Optimization RFS

Role purpose

Revenue optimization and planning

• Help achieve the highest possible margins on freighter and passenger flights.
• Maintain and implement yield management techniques and forecasting models; use analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Implement technologies supporting data-driven revenue management and contribute to function best practices and methodologies.
• Support rolling forecasts, long-term optimization, and budget setting.
• Assist with freighter operation plans, including route adjustments, extra sector operations, and cancellations, to maximize revenue and protect profitability.
• Monitor and update ad hoc rates based on market demand, cargo capacity, and competitor pricing.

Capacity and flight operations

• Review overbooking levels using booking cancellations, no-shows, pickup demand, and other trends on inbound and outbound KSA flights.
• Project weekly empty capacity and support initiatives to promote available capacity and ensure utilization.
• Evaluate capacity requests and provide effective alternatives.
• Release flight booking lists to Hub Operations within agreed deadlines.
• Support offload and rebooking management and conduct post-flight analysis against forecasts to support capacity management and flight yield.
• Manage AWB flows and monitor timely actions on ad hoc pricing and space confirmation requests.
• Prepare daily distribution lists based on scheduled and non-scheduled trucks with global RFS providers.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in the same or a similar field.

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing AI-related solutions and applying AI to business challenges is preferred.
• Programming and integration background, such as Python, APIs, automation, or system integration, is preferred.
