Responsibilities

  • 24X7 Process with rotational shifts
  • Monitoring of key engine parameter to detect impending failures and assess engine performance.
  • Trend and data analysis backed with knowledge of aviation terms and troubleshooting
  • Evaluate current state of engine performance and recommend course correction
  • Interpret Technical publications like Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Fault Isolation Manual, Repair Manual etc.
  • Communicate and follow-up with Product line team and customer
  • Prepare and publish daily customer reports
  • Drive and support continuous improvement efforts through LEAN philosophy

  • Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (A & C)
  • Experience in Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) and Trend interpretation
  • Preferred qualifications
  • § Previous experience in Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) role
  • § Effective probing skills and analysing / understanding skills
  • § Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
  • § Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend or night shift)
  • § Strong attention to detail
  • § Working knowledge of Microsoft tool like word, Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (A & C)

  • § Previous experience in Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) role
  • § Effective probing skills and analysing / understanding skills
  • § Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
  • § Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend or night shift)
  • § Strong attention to detail
  • § Working knowledge of Microsoft tool like word, Excel and PowerPoint
