Role overview

Oracle EPM administration and modeling

• Manage, configure, and improve Oracle Cloud EPM Planning and Budgeting/PBCS/EPBCS or Hyperion Planning/Essbase.
• Design and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and member formulas for driver-based planning models.

Data integration and reporting

• Maintain automated data pipelines between Oracle Fusion Cloud GL and EPM Planning using Data Management (FDMEE) or the EPM Integration Agent.
• Synchronize Entity, Cost Center, Product, and Plan Type dimensions across ERP and FP&A systems.
• Build executive dashboards, web forms, and narrative reports using Oracle EPM Infolets and Financial Reporting Studio; support Smart View users.

Forecasting, security, and support

• Support Predictive Planning and Auto-Predict and technical what-if scenarios for market entry, benefit design changes, or CMS payment rate adjustments.
• Maintain cell-level security, security filters, and access controls; document system changes for SOX audits and internal governance.
• Handle complex EPM escalations, root-cause analysis, preventive controls, and runbook documentation during budget and forecast cycles.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts.
