The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting prepares, analyzes, and delivers accurate and timely financial statements and disclosures.
The role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and other teams to support compliance and reporting.
The position is on site in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Complete Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities for monthly, quarterly, and annual controls.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting; prepare and review company financial reports.
- Research complex financial accounting issues under GAAP.
- Assist the annual external financial statement audit by preparing quarterly and annual supporting documents.
- Ensure activities comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Support reporting cycles and improve reporting quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Provide guidance to colleagues with less experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; an accounting major is preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of experience required.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Identifies and solves complex problems, explains sensitive information to build consensus, and plans against weekly and monthly targets.
