Manage Investor Data & Profiles: Lead end-to-end data gathering, validation, and profile creation in core systems including researching client details, identifying missing or inconsistent information, and proactively following up to maintain complete and accurate investor records.

Execute KYC & AML Onboarding: Perform critical KYC/AML verification checks (including CDD/EDD, entity documentation, and risk assessments) during investor onboarding and ongoing profile maintenance, ensuring compliance without compromising the client experience.

Manage Ad-Hoc Requests: Process complex, time-sensitive client and transaction requests across alternative investment products (e.g., private equity, real estate), including performing callback verifications, bank account checks, and wire confirmations for disbursements.

Drive Remediations & Issue Resolution: Execute end-to-end account and data remediations, resolving operational bottlenecks and identifying root causes to prevent recurring exceptions across the investor portfolio.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Fund Ops, Fund Controlling, Product Onboarding & Delivery, Sales, and Compliance teams to streamline service delivery and escalate operational risk or exceptions promptly.

Optimize Processes: Leverage modern operational tools (such as HubSpot and ClickUp) to triage incoming workflows, refine desktop procedures, and implement process improvements that increase service efficiency.

3+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in financial services operations, client support, or middle-office roles.

Alternative Investments Exposure: Solid understanding of alts, private wealth, or complex commercial financial products.

Clear Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for seamless daily interaction with global stakeholders.

AI: The willingness and ability to leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize operational workflows.
