Opportunity

Transforms complex commercial and enterprise data into reliable, reusable models, reports, and dashboards for business decisions.

Partners with Commercial and Business Enterprise teams to provide a consistent view of Demand, Sales, and Insights performance.

Business intelligence solutions

  • Translate business questions and performance needs into reporting, analytics, and visualization requirements.
  • Build decision-ready dashboards and reports; clarify metrics, definitions, business rules, and expected outputs with stakeholders.
  • Simplify recurring reporting, reduce manual analysis, and improve access to trusted information.

Modeling and data integration

  • Design and maintain scalable Power BI semantic models using dimensional modeling, including star schemas, fact and dimension tables, relationships, hierarchies, and appropriate granularity.
  • Optimize DAX measures and Power Query transformations; configure refresh strategies, model relationships, and row-level security.
  • Develop ETL and ingestion processes for Excel/CSV, SharePoint, APIs, and other internal and external sources.

Data quality, governance, and delivery

  • Perform source-to-report reconciliations and data-quality checks; investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Maintain source mappings, transformation logic, data lineage, and schema-change controls.
  • Document business rules, measures, transformations, and solution requirements; manage BI solutions across development, test, and production with version control and deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders through requirements, testing, deployment, and production support; support automation and analytics-platform evolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of relevant BI, analytics, or comparable experience, including hands-on Power BI development and integration of multiple data sources.
  • Advanced Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service expertise; strong semantic and dimensional modeling knowledge; proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Experience with ETL, row-level security, optimization, data governance and lineage, version control, and deployment pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Relevant data, analytics, or Microsoft certification, such as Power BI PL-300, is an asset.
  • Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, or cannabis-industry commercial data experience is an asset.
