Responsibilities

  • Diagnose: Perform analysis of WTG blade internal images and videos using standardized evaluation protocols, ensuring zero defect escapement through precise classification, anomaly detection, and evidence‐based decisioning.
  • Failure Mode Identification: distinguishing between cracks, delamination, bond‐line failures, trailing‐edge splits, adhesive failures, and manufacturing defects.
  • Severity and progression assessment — determining whether a defect is stable or at risk of rapid escalation
  • Issue digital blade certificate - applying standard disposition guidelines based on the level of impairment detected in the blade.
  • Keeping track of all quality and traceability records that ensure every blade’s lifecycle is documented, auditable, and compliant with regulatory expectations
  • Global Support - Delivering region-specific support tailored to distinct operational and customer requirements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Knowledge and experience of working on data analysis utilizing MS-Excel, smart sheet and MS-Office applications.
  • Sales Force case management: Experience of working with Sales Force application for case management and triaging
  • Continuous Improvement: identifying inefficiencies based on visual inspection and proposing data‐backed solutions, and helping implement changes that strengthen quality, speed, and reliability.
  • Root Cause Analysis: 5-Why Analysis, Pareto Analysis (80/20 Rule), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
