Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the design and development of Delta's narrowbody flight schedule
- Collaborate with the Route Planning team to achieve commercial objectives while working in the confines of limited fleet, crew, and station resources
- Identify opportunities and potential problems in the future schedule and recommend courses of action
- Ensure hub bank connectivity, optimal patterns, and compliance with operational standards, such as curfews, slots, gate constraints, crew duty periods, and maintenance requirements
- Feel comfortable with ambiguity, understanding what tradeoffs to make and when to make them
- Demonstrate strong teamwork across multiple groups in Network, Commercial, and Operational teams
