Sr AI Engineer

Role overview

What you'll do

• Design and deploy machine learning, generative AI, and agentic solutions, including RAG, assistants, copilots, predictive analytics, and workflow automation.
• Lead code reviews and coach junior employees and contractor developers.
• Turn architecture patterns into scalable implementations and feed build constraints back into architecture decisions.
• Own delivery from solution design and experimentation through production deployment and ongoing technical ownership.
• Implement MLOps, AI CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and model lifecycle practices.
• Build reusable prompts, frameworks, AI services, and agent orchestration patterns; apply Responsible AI guardrails.

What you'll bring

• 6+ years in software or ML engineering, including 3+ years delivering production AI/ML or GenAI systems.
• Deep Python and modern AI stack experience, including LLM orchestration frameworks, vector databases, feature stores, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
• Strong cloud engineering background in model hosting, AI development environments, containerized deployment, MLOps, and CI/CD.
• Track record leading code reviews and mentoring engineers in a delivery team.
• Ability to work with architects to take designs and patterns into production.
