A hands-on engineering professional who can work with Honeywell regions to identify opportunities, convert them into GPE billable Services work, support existing portfolios, and help build a high-utilization engineering team.
- Able to build working relationships across Honeywell regions and functions.
- Comfortable talking to regional teams and understanding their engineering support needs.
- Takes ownership and follows up until work is converted into actual GPE Billable services
- Can explain technical topics clearly to engineers, leaders, and stakeholders.
- Works well with people from different teams, regions, and product groups.
- Able to balance growth activities and billable project work.
- Helps others and shares knowledge openly.
- Can work independently with limited supervision.
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and projects at the same time.
- Looks for practical solutions instead of waiting for direction.
- Comfortable working in an environment where not everything is already defined.
- Willing to learn new Honeywell products, services, and business areas.
- Focused on execution and delivering results rather than creating presentations
