  • Conduct independent research and analysis, synthesize information, and prepare clear summaries or recommendations to support executive and business decision‐making.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain high‐quality presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and materials for management reviews, client meetings, and other senior‐level forums.
  • Support business management activities such as organizational planning, maintaining reporting, and operational documentation.
  • Act as a liaison across departments to facilitate information flow, interpret and apply policies or guidelines, and coordinate initiatives on behalf of senior leaders.

  • Manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously, identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Navigate the firm effectively by interfacing with internal partners (e.g., Legal, People, Compliance, Technology) and external contacts and vendors.
  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior administrative staff and contribute to a collaborative, high‐performing team environment.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior‐level leaders and managing complex, high‐visibility responsibilities with a high degree of independence.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies
