Overview
- We are looking for a skilled Database Developer & Administrator to join our team on a contractual basis.
- This role focuses on the design, implementation, and optimization of robust data solutions using the Microsoft SQL Server stack.
- The role balances complex backend programming with high-level data architecture to ensure performance, reliability, and security for mission-critical operations.
- The candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience in SQL development and will work to support our operations in Qatar.
- This role involves developing, maintaining and optimizing database solutions to meet our business needs.
- Develop, implement, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Design and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver database solutions.
- Perform database tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with database best practices and security standards.
- Support data migration, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Provide technical support and resolve database-related issues.
- Document database designs, configurations, and code changes.
