Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Triage and follow up on inbound requests.
• Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Execute Salesforce testing and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain current-state and future-state process documentation.
• Create and maintain team or project pages in Wiki or Confluence.
• Participate in or lead special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in computer science, business, or a related field.
• Data analysis courses are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Be technically savvy with Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar tools.
• Demonstrate communication and leadership through community, school, or other programs.
• Work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate attention to detail and follow-through.
• Have an outgoing, energetic, professional approach and strong interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience is preferred.

Location and Working Conditions

• The internship is primarily remote.
• Candidates near a Workiva office hub may work in a hybrid capacity and use office spaces.
• Minimal travel is expected.
• Reliable internet access is required when working remotely outside a Workiva office.

Schedule

• Spring 2027 internships are listed at a maximum of 15 to 20 hours per week.
• The listed Spring 2027 start date is Monday, January 4, 2026.

Compensation and Benefits

• The listed United States salary range is $21.00 to $21.00.
• Benefits include 401(k) participation and match and paid sick leave.
