Spot FX/CFDs Sales Manager – DIFC, Dubai
- We are expanding our Spot FX/CFDs business and are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong track record in generating institutional and corporate flows in the UAE.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in our DIFC office — ideal for someone with strong client relationships, deep FX market knowledge, and the drive to deliver results from day one.
- What you’ll do
- Drive Spot FX/CFDs sales across retail, institutional, and corporate clients, including family offices, asset managers, prop firms, and corporates
- Leverage your existing network to onboard and activate new clients
- Work closely with trading, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth client experience
- Stay updated on macroeconomic trends and FX market movements
- Contribute to the growth of the Spot FX business in the region
- What we’re looking for
- 4–6 years of experience in Spot FX/CFD sales with a reputed brokerage (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong network of retail, institutional, and corporate FX clients with a proven revenue track record
- Solid understanding of global FX markets, liquidity providers, and execution platforms (MT4/MT5, etc.)
- Self-driven, client-focused, and thrives in a high-performance environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Arabic language skills are a plus
