Job Summary
Gorilla Sportswears LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sportswear Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and help drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and assist the sales team in achieving targets
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of sportswear products
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
- Communicate with clients to handle inquiries, provide product information, and follow up on orders
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to ensure product availability and promotional alignment
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the sportswear industry
- Support the organization of events, promotions, and product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales coordination, retail, or sportswear industry preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
