About the Role
This is NOT for typical retail candidates.
If your background is mainly in fashion retail, this role is not the right fit.
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes fitness - someone who trains regularly, understands supplements through personal experience, and can confidently guide customers based on real knowledge.
If you are a gym enthusiast, athlete, bodybuilder, or into functional / hybrid training, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right supplements based on their fitness goals (muscle gain, fat loss, performance, recovery)
- Share practical, experience-based knowledge on proteins, pre-workouts, creatine, vitamins, etc.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
- Stay updated on fitness trends and sports nutrition products
Requirements
- You actively train (gym, bodybuilding, CrossFit, endurance, or similar)
- Strong understanding of sports supplements (through usage or experience)
- Confident communication and sales skills
- Energetic, motivated, and customer-focused
- Ability to work retail hours (including weekends)
Preferred:
- Experience in sports nutrition / supplement retail
- Background in fitness (trainer, coach, athlete)
Important Note
This role is NOT suitable for candidates with:
- Fashion retail-only experience
- No personal fitness or supplement knowledge
