Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage sports-related injuries in athletes of all ages and levels
- Design and implement injury prevention programs tailored to individual and team needs
- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans to facilitate safe and effective recovery
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, trainers, coaches, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate athletes on proper techniques, conditioning, and health maintenance
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- Stay informed about advancements in sports medicine and rehabilitation
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in Sports Medicine or Orthopedics
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in Sports Medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant region
- Proven experience in injury prevention, management, and rehabilitation of athletes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
