Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sponsorship Sales Executive role based in Bangalore.

The Sponsorship Sales Executive will identify and engage potential sponsors for Tradepass conferences, exhibitions, and other events, building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.

The role involves preparing tailored sponsorship proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, managing a sales pipeline, conducting market research on relevant industries and events, and collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure sponsor expectations are met.

The Executive will also provide regular sales reports, contribute to event strategy with sponsor feedback, and represent Tradepass at events and meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in sponsorship sales, events, conferences, or related industries, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ability to conduct structured market research, identify prospects, manage a sales pipeline, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively.
  • Commercial and analytical mindset, including the ability to understand client needs, create tailored sponsorship packages, and justify value-based pricing.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
