Overview
Manager – Sponsorship Manager (Strategic Events, Sponsorships & Stakeholder Programs)
We are seeking an experienced events and partnerships professional to lead the delivery of high-impact industry platforms in the natural resources, mining, and geoscience sector in Dubai.
This role requires end-to-end ownership of large-scale conferences, exhibitions, and technical forums, working closely with government ministries, regulators, and industry stakeholders across the UAE and international markets.
The role spans stakeholder engagement, sponsorship development, exhibition sales, and technical program coordination, ensuring seamless alignment between marketing, operations, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead government and industry stakeholder engagement
- Drive sponsorship sales and strategic partnerships
- Manage conferences, exhibitions, and technical programs
- Coordinate advisory boards and subject matter experts
- Oversee budgets, vendors, timelines, and delivery execution
- Support mining and geoscience-focused knowledge platforms
- Deliver reporting, ROI analysis, and stakeholder insights
Requirements
- Min 10 years in events, MICE, exhibitions, or industry platforms
- Strong experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or business development
- Exposure to government, regulated industries, or industrial sectors
- Experience in mining, geoscience, energy, infrastructure preferred
- Strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
