Responsibilities
- Assess children to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals.
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Conduct community outreach and workshops for teachers and caregivers.
- Use sensory rooms and therapeutic equipment during sessions.
Essential qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a relevant field.
- Valid UAE license to practice Speech and Language Therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired experience
- At least 2 years of direct speech and language therapy experience with children is desired.
- Up to 8 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
- Multidisciplinary team experience is preferred.
Employment and pay
- Full-time role.
- Pay is up to AED 8,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
