Role overview

Role duties

• Manage a mixed paediatric and adult NDIS caseload and complete speech, language, communication, and functional assessments.
• Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans and deliver interventions in clinic and community settings.
• Support paediatric speech, language, social communication, and literacy needs and adult communication and participation goals.
• Work with families, carers, teachers, support networks, and allied health professionals.
• Take part in mentoring, supervision, and professional development.

You’ll need

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• At least one year of experience in the NDIS space.
• Current Speech Pathology Australia membership and an Australian driver’s licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain them.

Work settings

• Work combines clinic-based therapy and community visits, including homes, schools, and other settings.
