QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.
Education:
Minimum: Graduation from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology (Master’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience).
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Minimum: Eligible for licensure or licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of California, Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech / Language Hearing Association. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
Technical Requirements:
Minimum: Knowledge of speech therapy techniques and modalities. Basic computer skills for chart review and documentation in electronic medical record.
Preferred: Inpatient: Dysphagia experience. Outpatient: Voice experience, MBS experience, Pediatric experience.
Years of Related Work Experience:
Minimum: Entry level to 6 months of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
