Requirements

Master’s degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology and at least 1 year of experience in an educational setting; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
SLP Licensure or eligibility to obtain.
Alaska Speech License and Educational Certification a plus but not required.
Completion of the Clinical Fellowship experience with ASHA CCC awarded.
Previous Teletherapy Experience preferred.
Experience participating in IEP meetings, completing educational eligibility determinations and comprehensive reports.
Experience with school-based therapy PK-12.
Familiarity with a variety of speech and cognitive disorders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to navigate challenges and adjust to evolving needs.
Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate compassionate insight and perspective taking with students, teammates, and families.
Literacy with electronic documentation.
Ability to comply with all regulatory standards.
