Position Overview

PRN, part-time or full-time Speech Language Pathologist in Corning, Iowa

Hospital inpatient and outpatient setting

Pay range: $50-$65/hour , depending on experience

$10,000 retention bonus

CCC-SLP preferred

Full-time benefits start at 30 hours/week

1.5 hour from Des Moines, Iowa

Speech-Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients
  • Complete documentation
  • Plan, market and develop new programs
  • Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
  • Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
  • Assist in the general operation of the department

Speech Language Pathologist Job Requirements

  • Master's degree (M. A. or M. S.) in Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or be eligible for such.
