Speech and Language Pathologist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations.
• Diagnose speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress and modify intervention programs as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and progress notes.
• Educate and support parents, caregivers, and family members. ate with occupational
• Collaborate with speech therapists, teachers, behaviour therapists, psychologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
• Participate in continuing professional development and training activities.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology, Speech Therapy,
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Speech Therapist.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience (preferred).
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, and speech and language disorders is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
