Job Summary
The Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and working closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations.
- Diagnose speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Monitor client progress and modify intervention programs as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and progress notes.
- Educate and support parents, caregivers, and family members. ate with occupational
- Collaborate with speech therapists, teachers, behaviour therapists, psychologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
- Participate in continuing professional development and training activities.

Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology, Speech Therapy,
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Speech Therapist.
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience (preferred).
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, and speech and language disorders is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches and AAC system is desirable.
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
