Role overview
A home-automation-sector client is hiring a Specification Sales Manager for its Dubai team.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, project management consultants, developers, and lighting consultants.
- Present, train, and demonstrate products to secure recurring specifications in commercial and hospitality projects.
- Manage project sales leads from concept through conversion using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Provide technical design support on automated building solutions.
Requirements
- At least five years of specification experience in building materials; candidates from technical engineering solutions are welcome.
- Well-connected within the architecture and design community and with developers.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
